Since 1990, Personal Protection Consultants (PPC, Inc.) has been committed to providing high quality training, education and consulting services. Our clients include health care facilities, schools, corporations, security and law-enforcement agencies.

Our Goals

• Teach public safety officers proper strategies and communication skills to avert aggression and protect themselves from injury.
• Teach public safety officers effective, court defensible control & defense skills, and methods of using non-lethal tools and restraints when aggression cannot be averted.
• Minimize injuries to suspects and other citizens.
• Minimize civil liability associated with improper use of defense skills and tools. 
• Enhance the professionalism of law-enforcement and security officers through effective training and education.

The Most Modern Techniques

We teach officers the most modern techniques in the use of handcuffs, defense sprays, batons and empty hand control & defense skills. All PPC, Inc. courses are delivered through a network of In-House Instructors and Instructor-Trainers.

Agencies may choose to have members of their staff attend one of our train-the-trainer courses. Upon course completion the newly certified In-House Instructors may return to their agencies and train their officers using our methods and curriculums. Agencies may also directly contract us to train and certify all of their staff at their location.
